Our Mission

More than 15 years ago, Pat Goss and Jeff Mory set out to build an exceptional golf academy focused on developing junior golfers who have the desire to compete at the highest level of the game.

It was their intent to utilize the same coaching strategies and principles that they used in building their successful college programs. These programs produced seven individual Big Ten Championships (Scott Rowe, 1995; Jonathan Loosemore, 1996; Luke Donald, 2000 and 2001; Chris Wilson, 2006; Eric Chun, 2009; David Lipsky, 2010), four Big Ten titles (1999-2001, 2006), and seven top 30 NCAA national finishes.

The formula has proven successful. Since our inception in 2011, we have had over 32 WGA members play at the Division I level, including seven Big Ten schools, three Big East universities and two ACC members. Additionally, 25 golfers have gone on to compete at the Division III level, with WGA alumni appearing on the rosters of perennial powerhouses Pomona-Pitzer College and Illinois Wesleyan University. In 2025, Marquette’s Patrick Adler was named the Big East Player of the Year, while Emily Chang of Pomona-Pitzer College earned All-America honors.

Goss and Mory have hand-picked a staff that have an incredible amount of experience, and who share their passion and philosophies for teaching junior golfers.
