The WGA winter program takes place at the Gleacher Golf Center at Northwestern University, 2407 Sheridan Road, Evanston, IL. The spring/summer/fall programs are held at the Luke Donald Practice Facility at The Glen Club, 2901 West Lake Avenue, Glenview, IL.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for private lessons. If you don’t cancel within 24 hours, you will NOT be able to reschedule the private lesson.  The only exception is if an injury or illness causes you to cancel.

Refunds or a credit will no longer be allowed for missed practices. If you are injured or sick and cannot make practice, we will issue you a credit towards future group programming.  This credit cannot not be used towards a private lesson. Please contact Lisa Jones, lisa@wildcatgolfacademy.com, when you are ready to use this credit.

Prior to the start of practice, the session fee must be paid and the WGA online waiver must be completed. Your son/daughter cannot start practice if these items have not been completed.

If your son/daughter misses a practice and would like to do a makeup, we will do our best to accommodate. However, due to the enrollment in our other programs (limit of golfers in each group), we may not be able to do this. Please check with Lisa Jones, lisa@wildcatgolfacademy.com before coming to a makeup practice.

You cannot transfer practice dates from one session to the next.  The only exception is if an injury prevents you from being able to finish the session.
