Wildcat Golf Academy: Fitness

Today’s golfers are bigger, stronger, faster and more athletic than ever.  We fully embrace the movement to be a more resilient, robust, and athletic golfer. Our training program, led by Scott Barthlama, who was named one of the Top 50 Best Golf Fitness Trainers in America by Golf Digest, is designed to maximize athleticism, prevent injuries  and to assure pain free performance at a high level for a long time.

We emphasize Movement, Stability, Power, Strength, Speed, Conditioning and Recovery. Everything we do is designed to make you a better, healthier golfer.  We are not trying to get better at exercise. This isn’t a fitness class. This is a training program. Everything has a purpose.  If you are willing to put in the effort and the work, you will see results. Come join the fun and movement toward better golf!
